Description

Spring Baseball Recreation program for 1st-8th grade kids. Games will be played against other local town teams. Games and Practices will be weekday evenings and Saturdays. Schedules for practices and games will not be available until one week before the start of the season.

Waiver Summary Text:

Hold Harmless Agreement for Sports Participation

I, Participant, understand that my participation in Northvale Recreation Sports involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other risks associated with sports activities. In consideration for being allowed to participate in Northvale Recreation Sports, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in Northvale Recreation Sports with knowledge of the risks involved, and I assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Northvale Recreation Sports, its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during or as a result of my participation in Northvale Recreation Sports.

3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northvale Recreation Sports from any claims, including legal fees, arising from my participation in Northvale Recreation Sports.

4. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily sign it of my own free will.
